Either <br />Party may change the address to which communications or payments are to be made by notice to <br />the other Party as set forth above. <br />154. Integration. This Agreement is intended by the Pal-ties as the final expression of <br />their agreement with respect to such subject matter, both written and oral, and supersedes all <br />previous agreements. <br />155. Waiver. No delay or omission by a Party to exercise any right oecui7•ing upon any <br />non-compliance or default by the other Party with respect to any of the tei-~ns of the Agreement <br />shall impair any such right or power or be construed to be a waiver thereof. A waiver by either <br />the County or the University of any failure of the other Party to perfoi7n any of its obligations <br />under this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any future or continuing failure or <br />failures, whether similar or dissimilar thereto. <br />52 <br />
