the Party receiving such Approval shall notify the other Party in accordance with ParaQra~h 153 <br />hereunder of the date of the issuance of such Approval. <br />129. Flare Payment Date. The University shall commence Flare Payments to the <br />County thirty (30) days after the acceptance of the completed LFG Collection System by the <br />North Carolina State Construction Office. <br />130. LFG Project Date. The University shall commence construction of the Pipeline <br />and the Gas Conversion System after the occur ence of the following events: <br />a. The receipt of all necessary Approvals to construct the Pipeline. <br />b. The receipt of all necessary LFG Project Permits relating to the Gas Conversion <br />System and the Pipeline. <br />Within telr(10) days of its receipt of the last Approval necessary to construct the Gas Conversion <br />System and the Pipeline, the Party receiving such Approval shall notify the other Party in <br />accordance with Paragraph 153 hereunder of the date of the issuance of such Approval. <br />131. Conversion Payment Date. The University shall coirunence Conversion <br />Pa}nnents to the County thil-ty (30) days after the acceptance of the completed Gas Conversion <br />System by the North Carolina State Construction Office. <br />ARTICLE IX <br />LANDTILL GAS DELIVERY <br />132. Ownership and title of the Landfill Gas shall pass to the University at the Delivery <br />Point. <br />133. For purposes of measuring the quantity of Landfill Gas delivered to the Delivery <br />Point, the University shall install, at its own cost and expense, Gas Flow Meters for Meter Point <br />43 <br />
