~. *. , a ~~~ WHEREAS the Orange County Board of Commissioners has been advised that the town of Carrbora will request legislation amending its charter to clarify the authority crf the town. to request an expansion of its planning and regulation of development jurisdiction; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE XT RESOLVED that the Orange County Board of Commissioners does hereby express to the members of the y General' Assembly xts support far the amendment of the Chapel ,Hill Town Charter by adding new Section 5.18 as proposed by the town of Chapel Hill; and BE XT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Orange County Beard of ~: .. a.
