Section V of the Plan {"Joint Planning Operating Principles ") is amended on page 59 by deleting the entirety of the first paragraph (including numbered subparagraphs 1 through 5) except the first sentence of this paragraph, which divides Carrboro's Transition Area into Transition Area 1 and Transition Area II. (Condition 1) This resolution shall become effective upon adoption by the governing bodies of Orange County, Chapel Hill, and Carrboro.
