JAn -07 -99 O6:24P To n of Carrboro 91.968 7737 P.O3 <br />county will relinquish all development review authority over conditional use zoning, except <br />courtesy review. <br />It was the consensus of the hoard to address now a definition for the 75% buildout and to <br />propose a definition.[ The following definition was proposed: A seventy-five percent build - <br />out level would consist of any combination of; (i) lots containing one acre or less or lots of <br />any size that, by virtue of restrictive covenants or governmental regulations, cannot bo <br />further subdivided; (ii) residential developments approved for development at a density of <br />at least one unit per acre or under circumstances where lots so approved, by virtue of <br />restrictive covenants or governmental regulations, cannot bo further subdivided; (iii) streets, <br />roads, and utility easements, either existing or located in approved developments; (iv) lots <br />or tracts that are used for commercial, industrial, institutional, or governmental purposes, or <br />for which zoning, special use, or conditional use permits have been approved authorizing <br />such uses; and (v) tracts that are owned by the University of North Carolina or other non- <br />profit entities and that are not available for development.] <br />1 hope this information is helpful.
