CE two members shall be appointed for terms of two years, and one member shall be appointed for a one year. All members shall thereafter be appointed for terms of three years. (c) The same provisions that govern the removal of planning board members (Subsection 15- e)) shall apply to committee members. d The committee shall establish a () regular meeting schedule. Minutes shall be kept of all meetings. (e) A quorum for the committee shall consist of three members. A quorum is necessary for the committee to take official action. (f) All actions of the committee shall be taken by majority vote, a quorum being present. (g) The committee shall designate one of its members to serve as chair and one member to serve as vice - chair. These officers shall be selected annually at the committee's first regular meeting in February and shall serve for terms of one year unless their terms. of appointment to the committee sooner expire.
