Install siding and trim on the porch ceiling. <br />ROOF: <br />1. Remove the roof covering to the sheathing. Install 151b. <br />felt, aluminum drip edge and three tab shingles on the front <br />side only. Flash and counter flash the chimneys. <br />2. Reframe the gable overhangs to accommodate a 6 <br />inch soffitt. Install sheathing to match the existing. <br />3. Install new fascia on the new barge rafters <br />3. Prepare the rear sections of the roof for a rubberized <br />roof system. Install 3/a" insulation board a rubberized roof <br />system and all required flashing. <br />GUTTER AND DOWNSPOUTS: <br />1. Install aluminum, continuous gutter and downspouts. <br />Install concrete splashblocks under each downspout. <br />
