On public streets or highways. <br />It shall be unlawful for an3~ person to discharge or fire any <br />firearm of any description on or from the traveled portion of any <br />public street or highway, or to discharge a firearm in such a way <br />as will result in the load thereof passing across a public highway. <br />(Ord. of 5-4-81, § 1) <br />Sec. 2-9-17.
