A <br />summary of each item proposed for public hearing is provided below. The proposed <br />legal advertisement and background information on the public hearing items are <br />attached. The advertisement is scheduled for consideration by the Board of <br />Commisssioners on February 2,1999. <br />ORANGE COUNTY ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENTS <br />1. PD -3 -98 Lawrence Park Planned Development <br />This hearing is being resumed from the November 23, 1998, public <br />hearing. At that public hearing, the Board voted to keep the public <br />hearing open in order for the applicant to submit more information on <br />storm water management and information about other similar <br />development that the company has built in other areas in North Carolina. <br />The Board also directed staff to obtain more information from Emergency <br />Management Services, Recreation and Parks, and the Board of <br />Education with respect to the impact of the proposed development on <br />those services. <br />
