11 <br />nRTici F R-7.1 & 8.2.2 -APPLICATION COMPONENTS ~"Will" indicates comnlianceā¢ "Will Not" indicates <br />Non-compliance) <br />("Is") ("Is Not") <br />Ordinance Requirements <br />In accordance with Article 8.2.1 <br />and 8.2.2 of the Zoning Ordinance, <br />the Board of Adjustment shall also <br />consider the following general <br />conditions before the application <br />for Special Use shall be approved: <br />Article 8.2.1 & 8.2.2 <br />The use will maintain or promote <br />the public health, safety and <br />general welfare, if located <br />where proposed and developed and <br />operated according to the plan <br />as submitted. <br />Article 8.2.1 <br />The use will maintain or enhance <br />the value of contiguous property <br />(unless the use is a public <br />necessity, in which case the use <br />need not maintain or enhance the <br />value of contiguous property-. <br />Article 8.2.1 <br />3.
