L.J. Rogers, Jr. <br />Trucking Company, Inc. has been in business at this location since 1975. <br />On the property are the Rogers general offices, dispatch facility, training <br />and safety operations, maintenance shops, outdoor storage of semi- <br />trailers, and parking for semi-tractors. The proposed zoning lot is <br />located on the northwest side of NC 49 approximately 1,100' southwest <br />of the intersection of NC 49 and Corbett Ridge/Carr Store Roads. The <br />3.44a parcel is zoned AR Agricultural-Residential. A .94a portion is <br />zoned NC-2 Neighborhood Commercial and 1.12a is zoned AR. <br />
