Planning Retreat Follow -up <br />Complete the review of topics identified at the January 16 retreat for possible inclusion in the 1999- <br />2000 Board of Commissioner goals. Attachment 1 is a transcription of all the potential topics that <br />were written down by individual commissioners during the "cardstorming" session, and subsequently <br />grouped under the major headings shown in the attachment. Topics on Attachment 1 that the Board <br />completed work on are noted in italics. Topics that the Board was unable to address or may not have <br />fully discussed because of time constraints (e.g. Planning related issues), are listed in regular text. <br />• Review the notes from the Board's discussion at the retreat. These were transcribed from flipcharts <br />and are organized in Attachment 2 under the major group headings used in Attachment 1. <br />• Ensure that all topics the Board wishes to consider for inclusion in the 1999 -2000 goals have been <br />identified and discussed (with the exception of solid waste matters, which will be discussed at the <br />February 18 work session). <br />
