We appreciate <br />your concern for the individual. <br />Please take the time to drive down West Ten Rd. and feel free to drive into my <br />driveway. It still has the sign for Pick Your Own. Seeing is important. Mr. Carey's <br />concern about this 20 acres being changed to secondary development having a large <br />negative effect on the whole project is invalid. This is only a small piece sandwiched <br />in between residential use. <br />It is not that I have the monev to subdivide for residential or commercial. But <br />secondary development will give me more chances to find a buyer. As of now, two <br />commercial buyers were turned down due to such strict use guidelines. These <br />guidelines are unrealistic and no realtor or commercial user can work with them. <br />I realize your intentions were good but you have created an impossible situation. <br />Unless we are prepared to sit and wait 20 years, we lose. <br />Sincerely, <br />�.� <br />
