3 <br />Planning Board Recommendation <br />The Planning Board unanimously recommends adoption of the Preliminary Plan for <br />High Point Woods Subdivision, Phase III, to the Board of County Commissioners with <br />the conditions listed in the proposed in the attached Resolution of the Orange County <br />Board of Commissioners. Also please see attached Planning Board minutes for <br />January 6, 1999. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Administration recommends approval of the Preliminary Plan for High Point Woods, <br />Phase III, with the conditions listed in the Resolution of Approval. <br />
