It will be accessed from the south side of Ode <br />Turner Road (SR 1130) via Sparrow Hawk Crest Road, a Class B private road.' All four <br />lots will be served by Wood Thrush Lane (Class B) which extends from Sparrow Hawk <br />Crest Road. One lot (1A) is also accessed by an extension (Class C) of Sparrow Hawk <br />Crest Road. Ode Turner Road intersects 5,700 feet to the north with Orange Grove Road <br />and 2,250 feet to the south with Davis Road. <br />The proposed subdivision includes 20.04 acres. Four lots are proposed to be created from <br />two existing 10 -acre parcels of record. One 10.01 a parcel (Tax Map No. 7.1..21) will be <br />divided into a 7.01a lot and a 3a lot, and the other 10.03a parcel (Tax Map No. 7.1..21G) <br />will be divided into a 7.01 a lot and a 3.02a lot. <br />' Note that Sparrow Hawk Crest Road is designated as Class A on the Preliminary Plat but is now eligible to be <br />listed as a Class B Road because it serves no more than nine lots. Originally the road would have accessed more <br />than 10 lots as proposed in Concept Plan requiring a Class A designation. Subsequently, the applicants have <br />pared down the subdivision to four lots in the Preliminary Plan thus lowering the number of lots which would <br />be served by Sparrow Hawk Crest. The name of the extension will be Sparrow Hawk Crest rather than Red Tail <br />Hawk Lane. <br />
