Enforcement of Noncompliance Statement <br />If a facility is not in compliance with any of the standards contained in Sections 1 through VII in Rule .3502(b) or Rule .3951(b), this report will be forwarded to the Secretary of <br />Human Resources within 10 days for his determination whether those conditions may jeopardize the custody, safety, health, or welfare of the inmates. Noncompliance with any <br />standard listed in .3503(c) or .3952(c) automatically jeopardizes the safe custody, safety, health, and welfare of those confined and the report will be forwarded to the Secretary for <br />further action. <br />1.
