The statute further states that the <br />governing body shall promptly initiate any action necessary to bring jail facilities into <br />conformity to standards. The report for January 22, 1999, is enclosed for review, and <br />indicates our compliance with standards. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board of Commissioners receive the report. <br />Corrective action is being taken as required. <br />07/21/97 <br />c: \msofice \winword \agenda \abstract \jal708O4.doc <br />
