Frame <br />and pour a new walkway 3 feet wide and new steps to <br />the driveway. <br />2. Remove the rear porch. Install a 6x 16 deck of pressure <br />treated lumber. Install a ramp of pressure treated lumber. <br />Install pickets on the guard and handrails. <br />3. Install an aluminum clad storm door on the front entrance. <br />Door to have pneumatic closure and vinyl sweep. <br />4. Remove the existing brick and block work at the left, <br />side entrance. Install footer and 2 courses of 8x 16 inch block <br />and 1 course of cap block. Install a 4 inch drain in the floor. <br />Connect the drain to a 4 inch drain line to the outside edge of <br />the driveway. Insta114x4 posts on aluminum brackets and framing <br />for an 8.5x5 foot shed type awning. Install plywood and soffitt to <br />match the existing overhang. Install aluminum drip edge, 151b. <br />felt and three tab shingles, color to match new shingles. Step flash <br />and caulk the shingles to the existing wall. Install 1x6 fascia .Install <br />aluminum, continuous gutter and splashblocks. Install splashblocks <br />under each downspout. Paint all exposed wood (except the pressure <br />treated posts) with two coats of semigloss, latex exterior paint. Pour <br />a 4 inch concrete floor. <br />5. Install splashblocks under each downspout. <br />6. Prepare the front porch slab with a masonry bonding <br />agent. Install a concrete slab with reinforcing wire to the <br />bottom of the front door sill. Slope the slab to provide adequate <br />runoff. Cut the existing 4x4 posts as necessary and install <br />aluminum brackets <br />4 <br />7. Install triple track storm windows on all windows. <br />
