Gaither Lassiter <br />was instrumental in many initiatives which enriched the quality of life <br />for senior citizens in Orange County as indicated in the proclamation. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize the chair to sign the proclamation <br />for Gaither Lassiter Memorial Day. <br />
