Possibly sited on adjoining land. <br />Equipment Storage Yard <br />Current equipment maintenance facility is newly constructed. <br />Tire recovery <br />Needs to be located to share supervision with other functions. <br />White goods recovery <br />Needs to be located to share supervision with other functions. <br />Mulch management <br />Needs to be located to share supervision with other functions. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS - NOISE <br />Potential impacts of noise on the surrounding communities have been raised as concerns by residents of <br />the neighborhoods surrounding the Eubanks Road site. RRSI has obtained noise sampling data and <br />noise survey analysis work from a large MRF in the suburban Detroit area. This data shows that the <br />loudest activities within the plant are in and around the automated glass sorting area. Specifically, at 100 - <br />feet from the plant open door, the noise readings show a noise exposure level of 74.6 dBA (for reference <br />sake the noise level at the glass sorting station itself is 94.1 dBA). Some <br />of the following points could apply to other sites as well. However, many are unique to the Eubanks Road <br />Site.
