Site" means the location of the new System <br />Management Facilities which are expected to be needed to serve the solid. waste disposal needs <br />of the o e .. the,Tnwus. en_d ell ners„as <br />"Open Masco" has the meaning assigned in Section 1.02. <br />"Other Reeyelablm" means materials which would odugvise ate Solid Waste, but <br />which are to be delivered -to some other entity and processed for recycling. For any material to <br />cons=te Other Recyclables, however, the entity to which the material is to be delivered must <br />represent that such materials am intended to be processed for use in new products.
