I:Iauth, Platming Din:ctor~ <br />Date: February S, 1999 <br />RE: Clarification regarding Apes Northwest Part~dership's Land Use Plan amendment <br />I wanted to take this oppottumty to clarify information provided in the application for an amendment <br />to the Land Use Plan submitted by Apex Northwest Partnership. <br />In their application discussion of Goal 9. they state that "Public water aad sewer will be provided by <br />the Town of l~llsbomugh." The proposed project is withut the service area for town utditics and <br />staff has had discussions with the devclopers about serving this project. At this time. a water and <br />sewer extension conardct does not exist between the developer and the Town. The Town Board has <br />not yet bcen asked to consider aay agretmem with the developers. Any extensions of public utilities <br />to the site will be done at the expense of the developer itt a schedule and mamtier that would be <br />governed by an extension agreement between the developer and the Towa Board. <br />101 East Orar~gs Street • P.O.
