Churton St.
Hillsborough, NC 27278
Dear Alois:
You iiiquirecl whether the Town would be interested and capable of providing water and sewer
service to tl~e proposed Elementary Schooi near Mars Hill Baptist Church. The Town of
Hillsborough is interested in providing water and sewer service to the proposed school. In addition,
you inquired as to whether the Town would also be interested in providing the same services to a
proposed 400 unit development surrounding the school site. The Town of Hillsborough would also
consider providing water and sewer service to this area as well. The conditions of service would
need to be delineated in a Water and Sewer Extension Agreement approved by the T'own's engineers
and ultimately the Hillsborough Board of Commissioners. Please feel free to contact me on behalf
of your clients, the Orange County School System and Apex Development Corporation, when you
are ready to discuss the details involved in preparing a proposed Extension Agreement.
Sincerely,
U '~
Eric J.
