(DCAC T6orouglzfare plan) . <br />Mr. DeBruhl; <br />I would like to make the following comments concerning your proposed school site <br />between NC 86 and NC 57. Your proposed road follows the conceptual plan of a loop <br />around Hillsborough as si~own in the Durham -Chapel Hill - Carrboro Thoroughfare <br />Plan. The proposed alignment shown on your sitc map is acceptable. As you prepare <br />more detailed plans, I will be happy to review them to assure that the road may be built as <br />planned. <br />One additional note; there is a potential historic site on NC 57 north of tote Mars Hill <br />Baptist Church. 'Your site wilt not affect this potential historic property. However, the <br />development adjacent to your site may. Please inform the developer of the adjacent tract <br />of this potential historic site. <br />Thaak you for including me in your development process.
