Amendment of The Machinery Act to "clarify" that a
measurement error is the basis for a refund;
Z, repeal statute establishing requirement for a county
review officer;
3. strengthen adult protective services law;
4. N.C. DOT reform;
S. expand "Work Firs t flexibility;
6. opposition to measures to restrict annual inr_rease in
the valuation of real property;
7. local government exemption from State sales taxes.
My recommendation further on these items is that the County
Commissioners react during the legislative Session to bills that
may be introduced covering these topics.
