Only that work which is <br />covered under the conditions of the Contract will. be reimbursed to the <br />Engineer, The County will reimburse .the Engineer monthly fax travel <br />and subsistence expenses in connection with the performance'of the duta.-~ <br />under this Contract, the actual cost o~ transportation by common carrier., <br />normally, tourist fare for air travel, or the sum of fifteen cents (1ST) <br />per mile if the travel is performed by privately awned automobile, and <br />actual subsistence expenses which shall not exceed thirty-five ($35) <br />per day. The Engineer is responsible for mai.ntain3.ng a financial <br />;::.,nagement system which shall adequately provide for accurate, current, <br />and complete disclosure of the financial results. Accounting for <br />contract funds will be in accordance with generally accepted accounting <br />principles and practices, consistently applied. <br />• 7. Method of Pa went. The County will pay nonthly to the Engineer for <br />services performed, up to the amount set forth in Paragraph 6.0 which <br />- shall constitute full and complete compensation for the Engineer s <br />services hereunder.
