CALL TO ORDER <br />A. Welcome <br />B. Approval Of Minutes <br />C. Additions / Changes to the Agenda <br />Chair MULKEY called the meeting to order at 6:00. CROWTHER made motion <br />to accept minutes as written, seconded by TATE. Motion was unanimous. <br />JONES asked to add News Articles under IV.D. <br />ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE BOARD OF C OUNTY COMMISSIONERS ONERS (BOCC) <br />B. <br />III- REPORT OF THE CHAIR <br />A. Park Plan Revision Task Force <br />B. <br />MULKEY reported that the sub-committee had met in Chapel Hill and was <br />still wrestling with where do we go and what do we recommend? What are <br />charges for this committee since bond money is already earmarked. <br />MULKEY stated that overall the recreation task force is spread out and <br />has no interest as what happens in rural area, and would like to know <br />how RPAC feels. Discussion followed. JONES stated that Master Plan <br />needs to be revised. SCHMITT asked who sbrves.on task force? MULKEY <br />stated: Margaret Brown, John Link, Duke Forest personnel, both school <br />systems, Board of Education, OWASA, Ron Hyatt, Chapel Hill, and <br />Carrboro Recreation Departments and Mulkey.
