006 reports are provided in the April, 1998, Additional Information. Staff has requested fully revised copies of that study, but none have been received as of February 17, 1999. (Also, please note, on page 175, the attached letter from the NCDOT District Engineer regarding that agencies review of the preliminary plan for Lawrence Park. That letter was not received in time to be included in the packet for the November 23, 1998, public hearing.) Staff contacted East-West Partners prior to publication of the February 22, 1999, Public Hearing Notice to inquire of any proposed revisions to the application. On February 5, 1999, staff forwarded (to the John R. McAdams Company) the portion of the draft minutes from the November 23, 1999, public hearing outlining the Board of Commissioners requests for more information. Staff asked that any new information be forwarded to the Planning Department. As of February 17, 1999, the Planning Department has not received any other information from the developer. Administration Recommendation The Administration recommends that the Board of County Commissioners consider any additional evidence. or comments, close the Public Hearing, and refer the application to the Planning Board for a recommendation to be returned to the Board of Commissioners no. sooner than May 4, 1999..-,,;
