0 <br />Town <br />of <br />IN <br />November 18, 1998 <br />Mr. Eddie Kirk <br />Orange County Planning Department <br />P O Box 8181 <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />Dear Mr. Kirk: <br />Per your request, this letter is to verify that the Hillsborough Town Board approved a <br />Water /Sewer Extension Agreement for the Lawrence Park Subdivision at their November <br />meeting. A copy of the draft minutes of that meeting along with a draft of the Water /Sewer <br />Extension Agreement are attached. The Board made their approval of the Agreement upon the <br />amendment of the Agreement to add a $100 meter fee per residence. We have drafted this <br />amendment in Agreement Appendix A.
