SATISFYING THE PURPOSES OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />This proposal for development complies with County Comprehensive Plan <br />that identifies the site as a transition area appropriate for development of <br />smaller lot single family development upon the availability of public sanitary <br />sewer and water. <br />Twenty-Year Transition Land — Land located in areas that are in the <br />process of changing from rural to urban, and are suitable for urban-type <br />densities including the provision of public utilities and services within the <br />second ten year phase of the Plan. <br />*Note — Comprehensive Plan adopted 9/8/81 <br />ct- <br />
