NCDOT is still concerned with the proposed drainage plans because the developer has not <br />submitted the required information. <br />9. We agree with the developer's proposal in his letter 8/24/98. <br />19. We agree with the developer's proposal in his letter 8124/98. <br />11. We agree with the developer's, proposal however the County has not advised us if the developer <br />has provided accurate and correct information about the County's intent. <br />12. This issue has been resolver!. <br />In closing, the developer should address any of the above items that are still outstanding prior to Orange County <br />granting construction approval.
