Further, both are indicated as major thoroughfares on <br />Hillsborough's thoroughfare plan. However, because of the low projected left - <br />turn volumes anticipated to turn into the site'from Lawrence Road (15 during <br />the PM peak hour, versus 78 left turns from US 70 Business, we do not believe <br />turn lanes are necessary. <br />Additional Street Connections to Adjacent Properties <br />The developers propose to provide a street stub -out to the property to the east of <br />the subdivision. <br />
