163 <br />8.2 NC 86 and Old NC 10 <br />Analyses indicate that this unsignalized intersection currently operates at LOS A during <br />the AM and PM peak hours. For future 2003 build conditions, this intersection will <br />operate at LOS F in the AM peak -hour and LOS A in the PM peak -hour. The low level <br />of service is due mainly to the left turns from Old NC 10 onto NC 86.
