1,54 <br />4.0 Traffic Generation <br />The traffic generation potential of the proposed site was determined using the traffic <br />generation rates published in Trip Generation (Institute of Transportation Engineers, <br />Sixth Edition, December 1997). These trip generation rates assume suburban <br />development, little use of transit or bicycles, and limited ride - sharing and are therefore <br />conservative estimates of future traffic volumes. Table I summarizes the estimated <br />traffic generation for the proposed subdivision. <br />Table.
