29 <br />The original partners have contributed both in -kind as well as real dollars toward this effort. There was an <br />original $3,000 commitment from the UNC SPH, the UNC Health Care System, and the Orange County Health <br />Department to fund a part-time coordinator that would carry the initiative through the assessment phase, which • <br />was accomplished by the late fall of 1997.
