Evaluation of Strategies: <br />Implement tracking system to identify effectiveness of program activities, number and <br />demographics of participants, satisfaction of participants, satisfaction of staff, types and number <br />of events/educational programs offered. Conduct a six month follow -up with participants to <br />identify behavior change.
