Customer Service Policy <br />Orange County Health Department <br />Environmental Health Division <br />CUSTOMER RIGHTS <br />All services of the Orange County Environmental Health Division will be <br />provided according to the <br />following principles of customer service. <br />• All clients will be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their <br />age, race, ethnicity, religion, economic status, lifestyle, nationality, or <br />gender. <br />• All clients will have the requested service completed in a timely <br />manner with consideration to the department's current workload, staff <br />demands and adverse weather conditions. <br />• Clients with requests involving a public health or medical emergency, <br />or disasters, will be given priority. <br />• All clients are encouraged to be present when the services are <br />performed. <br />• All clients will be given'full explanation of any performed <br />service and, if appropriate, a- written report may be provided.' <br />• All clients will be provided with an appeals process if they are not <br />satisfied with the findings or decisions of the Division Staff. <br />4 <br />(c) A person who wishes to contest a decision o: <br />Health under subsection (b) of this section shall ha, <br />ange County District Court within 30 days after the <br />board.
