8 <br />HAND DELIVER <br />TO: Board of Directors <br />FROM: Ed Kerwin <br />DATE: November 6, 1998 <br />SUBJECT: Proposal from the Orange Grove Volunteer Fire Department for <br />Compensation from OWASA <br />Provided for your information is a copy of the November 3, 1998 letter that I received from Ed <br />Johnson, Vice President of the Orange Grove Volunteer Fire Department (OGVFD) regarding <br />their proposal for compensation from OWASA. I have also enclosed previous correspondence <br />regarding this matter. <br />Staff will evaluate the OGVFD's proposal for compensation and provide additional information <br />to the Board in the December 10, 1998 agenda packet.
