Food Service: A charge of 0.10 per person will be levied against all caterers, groups ar individuals who cater or serve food in the Orange Gounty Recreation Center, subject to a maximum total of 100.00. Prior ap roval of suc'_? caterers ar server is re wired by the Health Department. Additional Services Special Police and/or firemen'-- arrangements made through proper department, at the expense of the renting party- The renting party is responsible for maintenance of order; therefore. contract with an auxiliary police officer or off duty officer is requited before any dance is held in the Orange County Recreation Center. Application For Use Forty percent (40~) of the total rental fee is required at thraormandf reservation which must be submitted one (1) month (30 days) p the remaining sixty percent (60~) is due two (2) weeks before the day the Center is to be used. A tentative reservation may be held for a period of two (2) weeks frazn the time of inquiry without a fee. Rental fees are r_at refundable except when in 'the opinipn of the Recreation Advisory Council, the circumstances warrant. Responsibility For Damage: The party signing the application for the use of said facilities will be responsible to the County for all damage to property and equipment in the Center, other than ordinary wear and tear.
