The CM <br />shall monitor the contract for the Director, Office of Field Programs and provide the <br />Contractor with technical guidance. Technical guidance shall mean filling in the details <br />or otherwise explaining the scope of work and the requirements set forth in the <br />contract. It is intended that the details or suggestions furnished shall not constitute any <br />changes in terms and conditions of the contract. The CM has the responsibility for <br />monitoring and evaluating all phases of the Contractor's performance in order to <br />determine compliance with the technical requirements of the contract. <br />G-1 <br />
