U.S. EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION <br />UNIFORM CONTRACT FORMAT <br />SECTION E -INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE <br />E.1 INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE <br />Inspection and Acceptance shall be made by the Contract Monitor or his/her designee on <br />behalf of the Director, Office of Field Programs, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. <br />Inspection and Acceptance shall be made pursuant to the standards set forth in EEOC's <br />Compliance Manual and in the applicable section(s) of EEOC Order 916 (or the new State and <br />Local Handbook when issued). <br />The Contract Monitor will ensure that the Contractor maintains performance <br />that is consistent with the criteria and requirements contained herein, as well as <br />in the Substantial Weight Review Procedures and Worksharing Agreements. <br />EEOC Headquarters will conduct an on-site evaluation of the investigative and <br />administrative charge processing procedures of the Contractor as needed. <br />Accordingly, the Contractor is expected to comply with reasonable requests for <br />providing and/or making available information concerning various aspects of <br />their processes and procedures as they relate to or impact on the management <br />and disposition of the dual-filed inventory.
