An exception to this zoning is found <br />in the southernmost 2.5 acres of Lot 1 on the south side of the proposed subdivision <br />where the designation is AR(U- ENO -CA) Agricultural- Residential (Upper Eno Critical <br />Area). Surrounding land uses are wooded and single - family residential. Adjoining parcels <br />are zoned AR. <br />The proposed subdivision encompasses 19 acres. It consists of seven two -acre lots and a <br />five -acre lot located partially in the Upper Eno Critical Area. Lot sizes average 2.37a. <br />
