The Planning Board unanimously approved the Concept Plan for this subdivision under <br />the name of the Johnston Trust Property on September 2, 1998. Two lots have been <br />deleted and lot lines have been adjusted at the request of the Triangle Land Conservancy <br />and to obtain Health Department approval. Otherwise, the subdivision layout is the same <br />as approved on the Concept Plan. <br />On February 3, 1999, the Planning Board unanimously recommended approval of the <br />Preliminary Plan for Creek Wood Subdivision subject to the conditions contained in the <br />Resolution of Approval. <br />Section III-D-3-d. of the Orange County Subdivision Regulations indicate the Board of <br />Commissioners shall receive the Planning Department's report and the Planning Board's <br />recommendation within forty-five (45) days of the Planning Board meeting at which the <br />application is fowarded to the Commissioners. The Board of Commissioners shall take <br />action on the proposal within forty-five days (45) days of the close of the County <br />Commissioners meeting at which the Planning Board's recommendation is submitted to it <br />or within such further time consented to in writing by the applicant. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the Preliminary Plan for Creek Wood <br />Subdivision per the Planning Board recommendation with the conditions listed in the <br />attached resolution of approval. <br />
