,.` 22 <br />Chris Lamb and Ms. Quinn asked about control of stornswater, runoff <br />W. Evans stated that DOT repitremmts apply as well as Orange County Erosion Control <br />standards which are more strict than the Staid s. <br />Dee Anne and Wilson Iamb inquired about the type of homes proposed and the selection of <br />bm'lders. . <br />Mr. Evans stated that modular homes will not be allowed. An error in the Covenants was noted. <br />He added that an arclikeetaral review comrmttee wM be established by the covenants. <br />Wilson Lamb sur merited his concerns by stating that they had "moved to the country" and were <br />"ofoded" by the.soe ller lots, houses located in the field and along the road, and the house <br />designs that are `loot de~ver." <br />Chris Lamb also stated that his inn ily had made a long -term co m®i when they moved there <br />and did not approve of the " pack `em and stack `em" subdivision design proposed. <br />Mrs. Quinn askedif any comidpratlon hued been made for wfldM. <br />'The applicant responded that the open space preserved could serve as habitat. <br />
