Strayhorncontmued that his concern was with the wording when it <br />applies to an individual lot; the wording was probably suitable for common <br />open R• <br />Price asked about the private road. Cameron responded that was an existing <br />easement that was acquired with the previous minor subdivision and then is <br />a road maintenance agreement on file already. However, the road has not <br />been constructed since there were only two lots. It will be constructed to <br />Class A standards within the easement Price continued expressing concern <br />with the two acre tract to the east Cameron responded that property should <br />already be a party to the road maintenance agreement since that lot -was <br />crated by the minor subdivision. <br />Barrows asked if the concerns expressed at the Neighborhood Information <br />Meeting have been adequately addressed and Cameron 'indicated there was <br />a good discussion with questions regarding drainage and she felt all of the <br />concerns have been addressed. <br />MOTION: Allison moved approval as recommended by the Plana mg Staff.
