Petition for Addition -Buttonwood Drive in Hillsborough Township <br />The Board will consider a petition from the North Carolina Department of Transportation to add <br />Buttonwood Drive in Hillsborough to the state-maintained secondary road system. <br />d. 1999 Orange Countv Legislative Agenda <br />The Board will consider resolutions amplifying the Board of Commissioners' recommendations to the <br />Orange County legislative delegation on initiatives for the 1999 long session of the North Carolina General <br />Assembly. <br />e. Technical Support Contracts to Assist in Y2K Preparation <br />The Board will consider approving contracts for additional computer programmer support to <br />supplement existing staff resources to complete Y2K preparations. <br />9. Advertisement for Joint Planning Public Hearing April 14 1999 (8:20-8:30) <br />The Board will consider authorizing a legal notice advertising the joint planning area public hearing <br />scheduled for April 14, 1999. <br />d. Orange Countv Community Assessment (8:30-8:40) <br />The Board will consider a request for funding in the amount of $10,000 from the Triangle United Way <br />for an Orange County community assessment. <br />e. Urgent Repair Program Funding Alternatives (8:40-8:50) <br />The Board will consider short- and long-term funding alternatives for the Orange County urgent repair <br />program. <br />f. Woodareen Subdivision Preliminary Plan (8:50-9:00) <br />The Board will consider a preliminary plan for the Woodgreen subdivision located on a 30.7-acre tract <br />in Cheeks Township near the intersection of Dimmocks Mill and Moorfields roads. <br />g Bid Award/Contract Approval - Efland Cheeks Community School park (9:00-9:20) <br />The Board will consider bids and contract approval for construction of the Eftand Cheeks Community <br />School Park. <br />h.
