Matters not on the Printed Aaenda <br />PUBLIC CHARGE <br />The Board of Commissioners pledges to the citizens of Orange County its respect. The Board asks ifs citizens to <br />conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the Board and with fellow citizens. At any time <br />should any member of the Board or any citizen fail to observe this public charge, the Chair will ask the offending <br />person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should decorum fail to be restored, the <br />Chair will recess the meeting until such time that a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed. <br />3. BOARD COMMENTS (7:40-7:45) <br />4. Resolution on State Reorganization of Environmental Health Programs <br />The Board will consider a resolution of support for keeping environmental health programs together in <br />the Department of Health and Human Services <br />b. Cooperative Extension 4-H Volunteer Leaders' Resolution of Appreciation <br />The Board will consider a resolution recognizing Orange County Cooperative Extension Service 4-H <br />volunteer leaders during national Volunteer Week, April 18-24, 1999. <br />c. Proclamation for Red Cross Month <br />The Board will consider proclaiming March as American Red Cross Month and recognizing the Orange <br />County Red Cross chapter. <br />6. Minutes <br />The Board will consider correction and/or approval of minutes from its Dec. 8, 1998 regular meeting. <br />b. Waiver of Landfill Fees -Eno River Association <br />The Board will consider a request from the Eno River Association to waive landfill disposal fees. <br />
