Upon motion of Commissioner Pinney, seconded by Coznmissianer <br />Whitted, it was moved and adopted that the minutes of August 31, 1976, <br />be approved. <br />The minutes of September 7, 1976, were reviewed and a correction <br />was pointed out. <br />Upan motion of Commissioner Pinney, seconded by Commissioner <br />Gustaveson, it was moved and adopted that the minutes of September 7, <br />1976, tae approved. <br />The minutes of September 8, 1976, were reviewed and .upon motion <br />of Commissioner Pinney, seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, it was <br />moved and adopted that the minutes of September 8, 1976, be approved. <br />Chairman Garrett asked that the Board of Commissioners be pro- <br />vided with a copy of the minutes far August 31st and September 8, 1976, <br />by the Planning Department. <br />The minutes of September 15, 1976, were reviewed and upon motion <br />of Commissioner Whitted, seconded by Commissioner Pinney, it was moved <br />and adopted that the minutes of September 15, 1976, be approved. <br />The next item of business was plats of minor subdivision for the <br />Board's consideration. <br />The Chairman recognized Chris Edwards of the Planning Staff. <br />Mr. Edwards stated that the first plat was that of New Life, Inc. <br />which is located on Farrington Road in Chapel Hill .Town ship. The <br />division is to cut out a 7.68 acre tract from a 22 acre tract. This <br />plat meets all requirements for approval. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Pinney, seconded by Commissioner <br />Walker, it was moved and adopted that the plat of New Life, Inc. be <br />approved. <br />Thomas Wesley Simmons - This land is located off of Pleasant Green <br />Road in Eno Township, above the Eno River. This parcel does lie outside <br />the flood plain. Mr. Simmons is cutting 1 acre out of a 12 acre tract. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Pinney, seconded by Commissioner <br />Walker, it was moved and adopted that the plat of Thomas Wesley Simmons <br />be approved. <br />Kathleen Roberts and Edmond Monahan - This land is located off of <br />Old Highway 86 South, in Chapel Hill Township. Tha.s plat has been <br />presented to the Board previously and was approved. Ms. Roberts now <br />wishes to divide the property into two tracts, 1.86 acres and 1.93 <br />acres. The Health Department has approved the perk test. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Gustaveson, seconded by Commissioner <br />Whitted, it was moved and adopted that the plat of Kathleen Roberts <br />and Edmond Monahan be approved. <br />Donald W. Coe - This property is located in Eno Township on New <br />Sharon Church Road. Mr. Coe is cutting 1 acre from a 5'~ acre tract. <br />This property meets all requirements. <br />Upon motion df Commissioner Pinney, seconded by Commissioner <br />Whitted, it was moved and adopted that the plat of Donald W. Coe be <br />approved. <br />Ollie G. Dixon - This land is located on Erwin Road in Chapel Hi11 <br />Township, Ms. Dixon is cutting 3.21 acres from the southern portion of <br />a 9 acre tract. The plat meets all requirements. <br />Upon motion of commissioner Pinney, seconded by Commissioner <br />Gustaveson, it was moved and adopted that the plat of Ollie G. Dixon <br />be approved. <br />
