The permit-issuing authority may allow on-street parking spaces along <br />4 <br />the front property line' (except where there are driveway cuts) to be <br />5 <br />counted toward the minimum number of parking spaces required for <br />6 <br />the use on that lot <br />7 <br />8 <br />3.
