These topics are identified in the headings and attachments noted below. <br />a) Perception of County Tax Increases Being Blamed Primarily on the Schools <br />b) Impact Fees or Impact Tax <br />c) Need for a New Middle School <br />Attachment 2a — 3115199 OCS Superintendent Memo, "Joint Meeting with County Commissioners" <br />Attachment 2b — 3125199 OCS Superintendent Memo, "March 31, 1999 Joint Meeting" <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact tied directly to the discussion at this meeting. <br />However, decisions that may be made by one or more of the elected boards at subsequent meetings are <br />likely to have significant implications for the 1999 -2000 operating budget, and future capital and <br />operating budgets. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the boards discuss the issues noted and <br />provide direction to staff, as appropriate. <br />
